Assessment shouldn't depend on your plan

Credit where it's due: Systeme.io gives you module quizzes on its free plan, which is more than either of the other two manage at $97 a month. Across our own courses, the 5,598 using assessments reached platform-recorded completion on 59.1% of enrollments, against 42.4% for the 21,034 without any. Both rates are measured per enrollment.
A group, not a list of buyers
None of the three manages a cohort. The closest they get is releasing content to everyone on the same date, which is a schedule rather than a group.
Ruzuku schedules cohorts as cohorts — a start date, live sessions, attendance and discussion attached to the course the group is moving through. In our own catalog, scheduled courses reached platform-recorded completion on 53.4% of 337,700 enrollments against 42.9% of 213,519 on-demand ones, and courses with lesson-level discussions on 50.9% against 37.3% for courses without, across 1.3 million enrollments in all. Both are associations across our catalog, not controlled trials.

Kartra makes sense when its marketing automation is carrying weight for you, though quizzes sitting on the $229 tier means the sticker price isn't the price. ClickFunnels is the strongest funnel builder and the weakest of the three for teaching — no quizzes at any price, and hard course caps. Ruzuku is the better choice when teaching is the work rather than the deliverable: live sessions built in, cohorts the platform actually understands, assignments and discussion in every plan, and a support team that helps your students instead of only helping you. Do any of them charge transaction fees?
Only Kartra, and only on one plan. Kartra takes 5% of sales on its $59 Essentials tier, billed monthly and separately from the subscription; Starter, Growth and Professional are 0%. The catch that matters most for teaching is a 500-student cap, plus Systeme.io's affiliate badge on your pages, which any paid plan removes. It is a free plan rather than a limited trial.
Can you run live classes or cohorts on a funnel builder?
Not on any of these three. Systeme.io states directly that its webinar feature is built for pre-recorded evergreen content and that Zoom remains the better tool for live sessions. It depends which half of the business is harder for you.
