Refund Policy

Updated May 2024

We understand — sometimes it’s just not a fit. Maybe it was us. Maybe you just weren't feeling it. Maybe the timing was just off. Whatever the reason, we’ll help you get on your way quickly and painlessly.

Here’s the deal: Cancel within the first 30 days of activating your Ruzuku subscription and we will refund the entirety of your payment.

We do not provide refunds beyond the first 30 days of subscription activation, and we do not prorate unused time of canceled subscriptions.

To cancel your subscription at any time, log into your account and click your profile picture in the top right. Choose “Account” from the dropdown menu, and then “Billing”. From there, click “Manage your Ruzuku billing” and finally “Cancel Subscription”.

Upon request and approval, we can transfer the remainder of your subscription to another person who is not currently a Ruzuku customer. So if you want to give, or sell, your remaining account access to a friend or colleague, we can work with you to accomplish that. Please email us at billing@ruzuku.com to arrange an account transfer.

We’d also like to know why you’re canceling — Did we do something wrong? Did we smell funny? Did Ruzuku just not live up to the hype? We’re always looking for ways we can improve. But if you’d rather not say, that’s fine, too.

P.S. We won’t delete your courses if you cancel your subscription. Rather, your account will become “limited”, meaning your course material remains active in your account, but there is an enrollment cap of 5 students. If you already have more than 5 students enrolled in your courses, you won’t be able to enroll new students.
